I had such a great experience with this TV installation! From start to finish Martin was professional ,efficient and really went bore and beyond. He showed up on time, had all the tools needed. They even took the time to explain the set up and cleanup after himself so the area looked spotless. The picture looks amazing, and the room feels completely transformed. I highly recommend the company and Martin to anyone looking for a stress-free, high quality TV installation.

I want to say that my second Bjorn's experience was even better than the first. Jonathan and Al both helped me get the correct gear and scheduled the installation in a timely manner. Ronnie and Michael stayed a little longer than they were supposed to (I hope I'm not telling on them) to ensure the job was complete. I WILL use Bjorn's next year to complete my theater. We had our TV delivered today by the two most respectful and knowledgeable employees. Max Foremand and Dre Owen's expertise were hands down remarkable. They took extreme care when drilling a hole in the wall to hide the wires. They took extreme care when mounting the TV as if it were there own. They took the time to answer every question my husband asked, and there were numerous questions. They set up the TV with our cable TV remotes and made sure all apps were working. They make Bjorn shine. The all star team of managers Kevin and Chris worked together to get the process completed for the TV. When there was a bump in the road, they took care it quickly. They are diamonds and are an asset to your company. This is why we stay with Bjorn. A great company with outstanding employees. Kudos to all👏.

Leo was good very professional even thru the late night when nobody else would answer. very affordable knew what he wash doing and was committed to finding the problem was . Honest work very good quality and is a great guy, give him the time and you won’t be disappointed my system sounds very great I’m very satisfied that the correction that LA ELECTRONIcS couldn’t make he made for a way affordable price , don’t buy a big name with a cheap system when you can buy a big system with a cheap name

Bjorn's has been my sole A/V and network vendor for years. They've installed and maintained my Control4 "smart home" system (A/V, lighting, security, etc.) with top-notch service and absolute professionalism. As tech gets increasingly capable - and complicated - having a vendor with their expertise is essential. Bjorn (the company's founder) holds legendary status in the industry for a host of good reasons. He and his son Kris have somehow managed to keep their business on the cutting edge of technology, while not losing the ethereal feel of an old-school HiFi store. Not an easy balancing act, I'll bet, but one that will keep me as a customer as long as I continue to reside in Texas Hill Country. If you're concerned that they're not the cheapest option out there... Do you really want the "low bidder" working in your house? As a long-time customer, I can state without hesitation that their services are worth every penny.

Outstanding products and over the top customer service! I purchased a Sonos sound bar and subwoofer and had it wall-mounted along with the TV in my living room, as well as wall-mounting the TV in the bedroom. The installers were on time and the installations were done flawlessly. The installers did not leave until we thoroughly understood how to operate everything. For any home electronics, Bjorn’s should be your first (and only) stop.
